Definitions for the public API, downloadable datasets, evidence bundles, and user-facing trackers.
| Field or term | Meaning |
|---|---|
| stable ID | Human-readable immutable identifier such as S001, C001, P001, F001, T001, or Q001. |
| status | Evidence or delivery stage; never a generic confidence score. |
| source IDs | Normalized links to registered source records. |
| authority level | Primary, secondary, tertiary, submission, or unknown source class. |
| knowledge cut-off | Latest date covered by the reviewed initial bundle. |
| publication status | Draft, review, approved, published, superseded, withdrawn, or quarantined. |
| formal Cabinet-list evidence | Whether a formal approval-list record was located; an announcement is not a substitute. |
| statutory-register evidence | Whether the section 20 public-register record was located. |
| announced / approved / received / spent | Distinct financial stages that must not be collapsed. |
| not located | The documented search did not find the record; this is not proof it does not exist. |
