Two different exemptions
The Act’s PIMS exemption is not the same as an exemption from the Public Procurement Act. A promised procurement order or framework was not located by the research cut-off.
What every contract record should show
- Tender or procurement notice and method.
- Award decision, contract number, value, date, and contractor.
- Beneficial ownership and conflicts where lawfully available.
- Payments, variations, delays, completion, and performance verification.
- Source links, last checked date, and correction history.
